Five Senior Photo Location Ideas around Wichita

When thinking about senior photos, one question you may have is β€œWhere are some places to take senior photos around Wichita, KS?” If that is you, I’ve got you covered! There are so many beautiful locations around Wichita, these are just a few!

  1. The Workroom

The Workroom, at the corner of Cleveland and 1st Street, is a great spot for variety. There is usually this blue VW Bus in the parking lot, a cool green building, and a pink and blue robot mural on the other side. While you’re there, pop in The Workroom for some fun Wichita stuff to rep our city.

2. Murals around Wichita, KS

We are so lucky to have so many beautiful murals around Wichita! I call this one the β€œLego” mural and love all of the colors in it. You can find this mural at 132 S. Ellis Street.

3. Great Plains Nature Center

Wichita has a lot of great parks but this one might be my favorite. I love the wooden bridges and docks, the tall grasses in the Summer, and the variety of locations within the park. This is a great option for some amazing sunset senior photos.

4. GROW

GROW is one of the cutest plant shops in Wichita. From the neon lights and the unique planters to all the pretty plants, this location is super fun and unique. There are lots of different places to shoot and hang out here. You can grab a coffee or drink here as well. There’s a lemonade drink on the menu that is so good! Definitely one of my favorite places to shoot at!

5. Arboretum at Sedgwick County Park

Located in the back corner of the K-State Research and Extension Office, the flower filled spot is perfect for Summer senior photos in Wichita. There are some pointy trees, several beautiful flower beds and a wooden arbor with flowers around it. This location looks a little bit different every year but it’s always amazing.

Every Stay Wild senior photo experience begins with a consultation where we go through a ton of location options so you don’t have to figure out locations on your own.
